STAQUISTM contains crisaborole (active ingredient) and the inactive ingredients, such as white petrolatum, mono- and di-glycerides, butylated hydroxytoluene etc.7
Use STAQUISTM exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to use it. Apply a thin layer of STAQUISTM to the affected areas 2 times each day. Wash your hands after applying STAQUISTM, unless hands are being treated. If someone else applies STAQUISTM for you, they should wash their hands after applying STAQUISTM.14 STAQUISTM is for topical use only. Do not use in eyes, mouth, or vagina.7

STAQUISTM is well-tolerated. However, do not use STAQUISTM if you are allergic to crisaborole or any of the ingredients in STAQUISTM.7
STAQUISTM may cause side effects including allergic reactions at or near the application site. These can be serious and may include hives, itching, swelling, and redness.7 If you have any of these symptoms, stop using STAQUISTM and get medical help right away.
The most common side effect of STAQUISTM is application site pain, such as burning or stinging.7 Patients should always ask their physicians for medical advice about adverse events.
